We took over a familiar Granville Street pub and turned it into the kind of place where you can eat a real burger, watch the game, and stay for the music.
The Space
Same Address, New Energy
Before CSB, this was Crystal Sports Bar. Regulars had their stools, the beer was cold, and everyone knew the score. It was honest, unpretentious, and very much a neighbourhood spot.
When we took over, we didn't want to erase that. We wanted to keep the local feel and give people more reasons to show up. Better food on the plate. Better drinks in the glass. Screens you can actually see from the bar. A wine list that isn't an afterthought.
Now CSB is a bistro when you want dinner, a sport bar when the game is on, and a local when you just want a pint and a familiar face. From Wednesday to Saturday, DJ Shy Boy Steve and friends take over the decks and turn the room up.

How We Do Things
Good Food, No Attitude
We cook the food properly, serve it hot, and don't make a big deal out of it. You don't need a reservation to feel at home here.
A Real Local Spot
This place was a neighbourhood hangout before we got here, and that's still the goal. Come in often enough and we'll remember your order.
Game Night, Done Right
Big screens, clear sound, and a crowd that gets into it. You can cheer loud and still have a decent drink in your hand.
